Booking terms and conditions
The minimum period of stay at the Village Mata Encantada accommodation over the Christmas/New Year period is 7 nights. At other periods the minimum stay is 1 or 2 nights, depending on the season. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional services, such as transfer between the Village Mata Encantada and the airport at Porto Seguro are charged separately. We will accommodate special requirements as far as possible. For this, we will need separate confirmation in each case.
The earliest check-in time at Village Mata Encantada is 15:00 on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in times are possible by arrangement, but require separate confirmation in each case, however.
Village Mata Encantada guests should check out no later than 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Reservations for the Village Mata Encantada can be made via booking requests by telephone or email.
A reservation is valid only once payment of 50% of the total has been confirmed. Other conditions apply for the Christmas/New Year season.
We reserve the right to change bookings for the Village Mata Encantada for important reasons. We will inform you of any changes to your reservation at least 30 days before the date of arrival.
We accept BITCOIN payments.
Cancellation is free until 7 day after making the reservation or 21 days before arrival.
Less than 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
No show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation
Pets are only allowed in the Village Mata Encantada by prior arrangement and are not allowed in the swimming pool area or the children's playgrounds.
The children's playgrounds are intended for children under 14. No liability can be accepted for accidents and damage. Use of the play equipment is therefore at your own risk. For safety reasons, use of the children's playgrounds is prohibited during the hours of darkness.
The management of Village Mata Encantada reserves the right to deny access or a stay in the area to persons if this will impair the security, peace or the comfort of our guests. This applies in particular to behaviour that is inconsistent with good manners or common sense, such as heavy intoxication, physical violence, abuse, prostitution, etc.
